The Boyoca Community Blend is a unique lot that represents the work of smallholder campesinos farming the high slopes of Boyacá, a region emerging as a new frontier for Colombian specialty coffee. Producers here farm between 1,200 and 2,000 meters above sea level (masl), on steep terrain with cool climates and fertile soils.

By pooling their harvests through community collaboration, they gain access to specialty markets and shared processing infrastructure. Washed and sun-dried, the Boyacá Community Blend offers lemon-tea brightness, candied orange sweetness, molasses richness, and a soft vanilla finish—a snapshot of both the region’s promise and its producers’ dedication.
