Found Coffee lists this Gesha from Frank Torres’s Finca La Indonesia in La Unión, Nariño, Colombia, with tasting notes of yuzu, pineapple, and green tea. The washed process includes 48 hours of fermentation under CO2, followed by drying on raised beds and in a mechanical dryer. The roaster recommends filter brewing.
