A washed Kenyan lot from the Gicherori Factory in Embu County, on the volcanic slopes of Mount Kenya, processing cherry from members of the Kibugu Farmers’ Cooperative Society. Cherries are depulped, fermented for around 24 hours, washed, and dried on raised beds, giving a structured cup of raspberry and jasmine with bright berry acidity.
