Pinky Swear

This is a classic, CLASSIC, washed coffee. incredibly clean, light, and sweet. Very reminiscent of a lightly sweetened southern iced tea. Super drinkable and leaves a very pleasant aftertaste.

This “Pinky Swear” micro-lot is produced by Faver Ninco at his high-altitude farm in San Joaquín, Huila, Colombia. Grown at 2,100 meters, this Pink Bourbon variety benefits from Faver’s disciplined approach to harvesting and processing. The coffee undergoes a meticulous fermentation protocol before being washed and dried in a marquesina, preserving the delicate floral character of the variety. The resulting cup is elegant and terroir-driven, featuring fragrant notes of jasmine and hibiscus with a soft, refined fig sweetness on the finish.
