INSANE smell. Like when brewing it is reminscent of the scent of a fluffy cake, and to be honest, tastes like cake as well. Like a really nice coffee cake. Made this on Aeropress and I really liked it. It does taste better cooled though.

From the Roaster

A smooth, indulgent coffee with enveloping aromas of vanilla, nougat, and a subtle hint of cinnamon. A sweet cup, perfect for lovers of round, comforting coffees. Roasted to an omni roast, it reveals its full richness in both espresso and Filter.

This Vanilla profile is achieved through the Culturing fermentation process developed by Café Uba. In this process, the coffee undergoes mixed fermentation with pineapple, vanilla, and sugarcane, combined with carefully selected microbial cultures. Fermentation takes place in restricted oxygen conditions for over 192 hours, allowing yeasts and bacteria to activate complex metabolic reactions. The result is a sweet, vibrant, and intensely aromatic cup.

This coffee was shipped to Europe aboard a cargo ship powered entirely by wind, reducing CO₂ emissions from maritime transport by up to 98%. A direct route, with no transshipment, for cleaner, more responsible, and better preserved coffee.
